About Our Practice

Our comprehensive dental care practice - located in Millburn, New Jersey - concentrates on family and cosmetic dentistry. Our dental team members are extremely experienced and knowledgeable about dental health and all dental procedures such as porcelain veneers, dental implants, teeth whitening, and permanent crowns and bridges. Meet the Doctor - Jerome M. Horowitz, DMD

Jerome M. Horowitz, D.M.D. and his associates, have been providing comprehensive general dentistry in Millburn-Short Hills for many years.

The practice is based on advanced skill, gentle care and complete integrity. Doctor Horowitz is a Fellow of The Academy of General Dentistry, with over 1500 hours of continuing education and a Fellow of the American College of Dentists, an honor accorded to 4% of dentists for outstanding service to the profession.

Doctor Horowitz was appointed by Govs. Kean and Florie to the N.J. State Board of Dentistry, which is responsible for all licensed dental personnel in N.J. Doctor Horowitz is a Member of the Northeast Regional Board of Dental Examiners, conducting exams for graduates for license.

Meet the Staff

Dr. Paula Almonte, a Dominican Republic licensed dentist is first assistant. Paula is super friendly, compassionate, skilled in patient comfort, and outstanding in her knowledge of dental procedures.

Our dental hygienists are picked from an exclusive pool of available hygienists because of their exceptional skill. You may meet Amy, Kathleen or Abbey. Lisa Fricke; The office manager coordinates all business, financial, insurance matters assuring our patients that they will receive maximum reimbursement. All major credit cards are accepted and there is a program available that will allow our approved patients eighteen months to complete payments.

Paola Ortiz: is Second Assistant and is responsible for infection control, sterilization of instruments, and patient communication. A real charmer.
